It's been a rough week for Nick Cannon. He's been in hospital after suffering "mild" kidney failure, but wife Mariah Carey updated fans Friday and it looks like he's going to be just fine.
"Thank you everyone for all the love & concern," Carey tweeted Friday. "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits."
The update comes two days after Carey asked for everyone's prayers over Twitter, revealing that Cannon was in an Aspen hospital following what she called "mild kidney failure."
"We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful," Carey wrote on her website Wednesday.
