British actress Emma Watson has been recognized as having the "most influential haircut" of the year, according to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), for the second year in a row.

The WSJ picked the young actress, who has taken to sporting short hair styles, was restricted from cutting her long tresses for as long as she was filming the "Harry Potter" film series. Once the series was over, however, Watson went for the pixie cut, calling it the "most liberating thing ever".

The actress, who played Hermione Granger to Daniel Radcliffe's Harry Potter, has earned herself the status of a style icon.
